Personal answering is a very flexible service and calls received can be handled in a variety of ways, tailored to your requirements. Callers can be passed straight through to a number of your choice including voicemail but options include taking detailed messages which can then be forwarded to you by your chosen method – sms, phone, fax or e-mail.
Out of hours, calls can be diverted to your voicemail or to another number of your choice.

Calls can be transferred to your own dedicated voicemail with your own personalised message, which can be altered at any time by you.
Messages can be picked up 24 hours a day.
Mail Handling
You can choose to have your mail forwarded to an address of your choice or pick up from your private and secure mailbox at Queen Street.
If you wish to change the mail forwarding address, no problem just let us know and we can ensure that you always receive your mail.
Fax Service
You are entitled to use our fax number, which will allow us to receive fax transmissions on your behalf. This can be dealt with as required e.g. posted out, held for pick up or re-faxed to an alternative number.
We make no charge for incoming faxes.
