The backbone of our communications infrastructure is a Hi-Com Pro Digital 'Switch' which provides a high degree of functionality and flexibility. The ‘Switch’ is to Call Centre standard and is Voice Over IP capable.

Users have the option of DDI, Voicemail, Hunt Groups, Call Forwarding etc and full telephony statistics are available if required.

Access to the internet is possible via ASDL or Leased Line and which is best for your business will depend on your specific requirement. Our IT consultants will help to ensure that the optimum solution is achieved.

Centrum has raised Access floors and the building is flood wired throughout with Cat 5e cabling allowing straightforward cabling and creation of LAN Networks
